Getting Started, Compatibility & Care
This section outlines how to get the most out of your jumper, what it pairs well with, and essential care instructions.
Wearing Your Jumper
Simply slip on your Roman Curved Hem Stitch Knit Jumper. The oversized fit means it's designed to be roomy and relaxed. Adjust the sleeves and hem for your desired comfort.
Compatibility
This versatile jumper pairs beautifully with a range of wardrobe staples:
- Bottoms: Jeans (skinny, straight, mom jeans), leggings, tailored trousers, or even a casual skirt.
- Footwear: Ankle boots, knee-high boots, trainers, pumps, or loafers.
- Layering: Wear over basic t-shirts, long-sleeve tops, or lightweight blouses. Add a scarf for extra warmth and style.
Product Care & Maintenance
To ensure your jumper remains soft, maintains its shape, and lasts for many seasons, follow these crucial care instructions:
- Hand Wash Only: This is critical. Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water (never hot). Add a small amount of mild detergent specifically for delicate items. Gently submerge the jumper and softly squeeze the water through the fabric. Do not wring, twist, or scrub harshly, as this can damage the fibers and stretch the garment.
- Rinsing: Drain the soapy water and refill with clean, cool water. Gently rinse the jumper until all detergent is removed. Again, avoid wringing.
- Drying: Gently press excess water out by rolling the jumper in a clean towel. Do not hang to dry, as this will cause stretching and distortion due to the weight of the water. Instead, lay the jumper flat on a clean, dry surface or a mesh drying rack, away from direct sunlight or heat, until completely dry.
- Storage: Fold your jumper neatly and store it in a drawer or on a shelf. Hanging can cause the shoulders to stretch and the garment to lose its original shape over time, especially given its oversized knit.
- Avoid Heat: Do not tumble dry, iron, or use hot water, as high heat can damage acrylic fibers.
