Yes, the product is provided as a complete unit including the lid to help maintain food freshness and hygiene.
The high-quality construction is designed to be corrosion-resistant and is safe for most standard kitchen ingredients, though it is best practice to avoid long-term storage of highly acidic items.
The size details are etched into the corner of the container, ensuring the information remains readable even after extensive heavy-duty use.
Ensure the container is not deformed by heat expansion; allow it to cool to room temperature before attempting to remove it.
Soak the container in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes before placing it in the dishwasher to loosen stubborn proteins or oils.
Integrating this container into your workflow is straightforward due to its adherence to strict universal Gastronorm (GN) sizing. Simply slot the pan into your existing GN 1/2 frames or cold prep tables. No assembly is required. To maintain the container, clean it in a commercial dishwasher after every use to ensure hygiene standards are met. While the metal is corrosion-resistant, avoid using abrasive steel wool pads that could scratch the professional brushed finish, as this may harbor bacteria over time. Ensure the container is completely dry before nesting it with others to prevent trapped moisture.
