FAQs
Do I need a box spring with this frame?
No, this is a platform bed designed to support your mattress directly, eliminating the need for a box spring.
How do I clean the boucle fabric?
Use a vacuum with an upholstery brush for general cleaning. For spills, blot gently with a damp, soft cloth without scrubbing.
Can one person assemble this bed?
While possible, we highly recommend two people for assembly to safely manage the headboard and frame components.
Does the colour look exactly like the images?
Actual colour may vary slightly due to your screen display settings and the lighting conditions in your home.
Is the delivery inside the house?
No, delivery is to your ground floor door only.
Troubleshooting
The bed frame feels unstable after assembly.
Check that all bolts and hardware connections are tightened securely. Ensure the frame is placed on a level floor surface.
The fabric surface shows minor pilling or texture variance.
This is common with boucle fabric. Use a fabric shaver gently to remove surface pills and restore the uniform texture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The bed arrives in multiple boxes and requires full self-assembly. Ensure you have adequate floor space to lay out all components. Follow the provided manual carefully, using standard household tools to secure the frame joints. We recommend a two-person assembly process to ensure safety and precision.
Compatibility: As a platform bed, this frame is compatible with most standard mattresses, including memory foam, hybrid, and pocket spring mattresses. Ensure your mattress size matches the specific frame dimensions before purchase.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the boucle fabric, vacuum the headboard and frame regularly using an upholstery attachment to prevent dust buildup. In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp white cloth; do not rub the fabric to avoid distorting the texture.
