Are these placemats heat resistant?

Yes, they are designed to withstand high temperatures from hot dishes.

What are the dimensions of the placemats and coasters?

Please refer to the product packaging or online listing for specific dimensions.

Can I use these outdoors?

While the placemats and coasters are durable, prolonged exposure to the elements is not recommended. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme weather conditions.

What materials are used?

The placemats and coasters are made of tempered glass with non-slip rubber bumpers.

How do I prevent scratches?

Use coasters for drinks and avoid dragging sharp objects across the surface. Handle the placemats and coasters with care.

What if the non-slip bumpers come off?

They are designed to stay on, but if one comes off, you can try to reattach it or contact customer support.

Troubleshooting

Placemats/Coasters are sliding on the table.

Ensure the non-slip bumpers are clean and free of debris. If the table surface is very smooth, consider adding additional non-slip pads.

Difficulty removing stains.

Use a glass cleaner and a soft cloth to gently rub the stain. For stubborn marks, let the cleaner sit for a few minutes before wiping.

Edges are chipped or damaged.

Handle with extra care to prevent further damage. Consider replacing the affected item to ensure safety and maintain aesthetics.
