The On Cloudswift AMP trainers are designed for adult male runners seeking a reliable, neutral shoe for daily urban road running. These trainers prioritize responsive energy return and natural stride mechanics, making them an excellent choice for consistent, everyday performance. While they excel on paved surfaces, users should note they are specifically optimized for neutral runners and may not provide the stability features required by those with significant overpronation.

No, the Cloudswift AMP is designed for road and urban surfaces and lacks the aggressive tread needed for uneven or loose trail terrain.
These are neutral trainers and do not contain specific structural elements for overpronation or flat feet. Consult a podiatrist if you require specific arch support.
Generally, running shoes offer optimal performance for 300 to 500 miles, depending on the intensity of use and the surface type.
Yes, the insole is removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if preferred.
The upper is constructed for breathability rather than waterproofing; therefore, they may absorb water in heavy rain.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to a 'window' lacing style to relieve pressure while maintaining lockdown.
Check that the heel counter is properly positioned and consider using a 'runner's loop' or heel lock lacing technique.
Ensure you verify your size—specifically the UK sizing standard—before your first run to prevent pressure points. For initial use, walk in the shoes for a few hours to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape. To clean your trainers, wipe away surface dirt with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the shoes in water or placing them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the specialized foam and upper mesh. Always air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the cushioning materials.
