Clean the reflective accents gently by hand with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing, which could damage the reflective material.

A GORE-TEX 2-layer construction means the GORE-TEX membrane is bonded to the outer fabric. A separate protective inner lining is used, providing durability and comfort. This offers a good balance of waterproofness, breathability, and durability.

The jacket is designed for motorcycle use and should accommodate most standard backpack straps. However, prolonged rubbing from backpack straps could potentially wear down the outer fabric or DWR treatment over time.

The frequency depends on usage and environmental conditions. A good indicator is when water no longer beads up and rolls off the fabric. Typically, this might be after several washes or significant use in wet conditions.

The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish may have worn off. Reapply a DWR treatment designed for technical outerwear following the product's instructions.

Inspect seams for any tears or damage. While the jacket is seam-sealed, extreme wear could compromise this. Contact customer support if significant damage is found.

Ensure the inner lining is clean and free of debris. Mild clammine can occur in very humid conditions, but significant dampness may indicate a blockage in the GORE-TEX membrane or a need for re-waterproofing.
