The fixture has an IP44 rating, which means it is protected against solid objects larger than 1mm and splashing water. It is suitable for installation in bathrooms, but not in direct contact with water, such as inside a shower cubicle.

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the glass rods. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

The fixture includes a dimmable driver. It is designed to work with compatible dimmer switches. Refer to the product manual for specific compatibility information, as not all dimmer types may be suitable.

The weathered brass finish provides an aged, antique appearance, offering a sophisticated, classic look that complements vintage or traditional decor.

The driver is designed for remote installation, meaning it should be housed away from the light fitting itself, typically within the wall cavity, ceiling space, or a suitable junction box. Professional installation is recommended.

The LED light source is integrated into the fixture and is not designed to be user-replaceable. For issues with the LED, please contact customer support.

The Pillar Offset Wall Light is also available in polished brass and chrome finishes.

Check that the power supply is connected correctly and that the circuit breaker is engaged. Verify all wiring connections are secure. Ensure the remote dimmable driver is properly installed and receiving power.

Confirm the bulb (integrated LED) is seated correctly. If using a dimmer, check compatibility with the fixture's driver or try a different compatible dimmer switch. Ensure all electrical connections are tight.

Verify that the dimmable driver is not inadvertently set to a low level. Check the main power supply is providing adequate voltage. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the light output.
