Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers last, always double-check the sizing before your first run; a proper fit is essential for preventing blisters. If you wear orthotic insoles, the factory liner can usually be removed to accommodate custom supports. For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush after each run. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the integrity of the foam and adhesives. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
