The comfortable Speedflight shoes are the ideal equipment for short rides and commuters and are easy to wear all day long. Constructed from a performance ripstop upper with seamless reinforcement panels and a molded semi-rigid heel counter with injected foam, the Speedflight shoes have an advanced and lightweight main structure. The shoe is reinforced by the Alpinestars TPF Transversal Protection Frame midsole which is sandwiched between a double-density rubber sole with front protection panels, a comfort layer and the durable and comfortable EVA midsole with side stabilizers. The sole also incorporates an asymmetrical TPU heel counter for added protection and stability, as well as a removable OrthoLite® insole for high breathability and all-day walking comfort. The sole itself also has a more "aggressive" 10 mm drop, i.e. the difference in height between the rider's heel and toes, which allows for great walking comfort off the bike. Overall, between the front-to-back drop, the compressed EVA midsole and the high side walls, the Speedflight offers a balanced fit and improves foot stability for walking comfort, but also for more protection and confidence while riding your motorcycle.
