Troubleshooting

Batteries not holding a charge

Ensure the batteries have been fully recharged using a compatible charger. Clean the charger contacts and the battery contacts. If the issue persists after several recharge cycles, the batteries may have reached the end of their lifespan.

Device not powering on with new batteries

Verify that the batteries are inserted correctly with the correct polarity (+/-). Ensure the batteries are charged. Try cleaning the device's battery contacts.

Charger not recognizing batteries

Check that the batteries are properly seated in the charger slots. Ensure the charger is plugged in and functioning. Clean the battery and charger contacts. Try a different set of rechargeable batteries to rule out a charger issue.

Reduced performance or runtime

Recharge the batteries fully. If batteries are old, they may have degraded and need replacement. Ensure the device is not experiencing an unusual power drain.
