No, this frame is specifically sized for A4 documents. Trying to force a larger document will cause the edges to curl or damage the paper.
The glass is intended to remain in the frame. While it can be removed for cleaning, it is not recommended to operate the frame without it.
The frame is designed for wall mounting; ensure you use an appropriate nail or wall anchor that fits the integrated hanging slot.
Hold the glass by its edges or use clean cotton gloves while inserting your document.
It is not recommended, as long-term moisture can cause the backing board to warp and the paper document inside to ripple.
Use a dedicated glass cleaner sprayed onto a cloth, not the glass itself, and wipe in circular motions.
Ensure all back-loading tabs are fully pushed down and clicked into the frame grooves.
Check that the kickstand is fully extended to its locked position and placed on a flat, even surface.
To insert your document, gently push up the tabs on the back of the frame to remove the backing board. Place your certificate against the glass, replace the backing, and lock the tabs back into position. When cleaning the frame, use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to wipe the glass front to avoid scratching or smudging. If the frame becomes dusty, a dry cloth is usually sufficient for the white textured border. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners directly on the frame, as they may damage the textured finish or leave residue on the glass.
