Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The suitcase is ready for use upon arrival. The TSA-approved lock is typically set to a default combination (often 0-0-0), which can be found in the product manual or on the manufacturer's website. You will need to set your personal combination following the instructions provided.
Compatibility: The 20-inch size is designed to meet the carry-on requirements of most major airlines, but it is always recommended to check with your specific airline for their current dimensions and weight restrictions.
Care: To maintain the appearance and functionality of your Lugg Air Glide suitcase:
- Exterior: Wipe the polycarbonate shell clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch the finish. For stubborn marks, a magic eraser can be used cautiously.
- Interior: The fabric lining can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow the interior to air dry completely before storing.
- Wheels and Handle: Periodically check the spinner wheels for debris and clean them if necessary. Ensure the telescopic handle moves freely; if it becomes stiff, a light application of silicone lubricant might help.
- Storage: Store the suitcase in a dry place. If storing multiple pieces, consider placing smaller items inside larger ones to save space, but avoid overstuffing, which can warp the shell.
