FAQs

Is the Nebula 32 Driftshade waterproof?

The pack is water-resistant, suitable for light rain, but it is not fully submersible. We recommend using a separate rain cover for heavy downpours.

Can I fit a standard hydration reservoir in the laptop sleeve?

Yes, the compartment is designed to accommodate most standard hydration bladders, featuring a dedicated routing port for the tube.

What is the maximum laptop size this bag can hold?

It typically accommodates most 15-inch laptops comfortably, though thin-bezel 16-inch models may also fit.

Is the backpanel removable?

The AirScape backpanel is integrated into the structural design of the bag for stability and cannot be removed.

How does the Driftshade version differ from the standard Nebula?

The Driftshade version uses premium, up-spec'd heathered materials for a more refined look compared to the standard nylon construction.

Troubleshooting

Backpack feels unstable or pulls backward

Adjust the load lifters and tighten the sternum strap to bring the weight closer to your center of gravity.

Laptop sleeve feels too loose

Ensure the pack's side compression straps are tightened to minimize internal shifting of the laptop compartment.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sophisticated heathered aesthetic suitable for office environments
Breathable and stable AirScape backpanel system
Highly versatile storage with internal organization
Durable construction ready for both commuting and hiking

Cons

Slightly heavier than minimalist urban backpacks
Limited-edition colorways may become unavailable
Large 32-liter footprint might be excessive for light-travel days

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To maximize the life of your Nebula 32, adjust the shoulder straps and sternum strap while the pack is loaded to ensure a proper fit against your back. If you are using the laptop sleeve for a hydration bladder, ensure the tube is routed through the exit port located at the top of the harness. For cleaning, hand wash the bag using warm water and a mild, non-detergent soap; avoid machine washing or drying, which can damage the specialized heathered fabric coating and foam backpanel integrity. Always air dry the bag in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
