You can machine wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle. It is important to let them air dry completely and do not put them in a clothes dryer.

The Heel Pillow® is a design feature within the shoe that adds extra cushioning and a secure fit around the ankle and heel area, enhancing comfort and preventing slippage.

The round stretch laces are decorative and do not function as traditional laces. The fit is determined by the slip-on design and the sock you wear.

The uppers are made from an engineered mesh, which provides breathability and a lightweight feel.

They feature a Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole, designed to provide cushioning and improve air circulation for comfort.

While the slip-on design is convenient, adjust by ensuring your socks provide adequate thickness. These shoes do not offer adjustable lacing. If the fit is consistently uncomfortable, consider a different model or size.

Ensure the Heel Pillow® area is clear and not obstructed. Gently guide your foot in, using the heel tab. The stretch-fit design may require a slight break-in period.

Ensure you are using a cold, gentle cycle and air-drying. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods while drying, as this can cause fading. Always air dry; do not use a machine dryer.
