Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Adjust Straps: Loosen the side straps and the rear adjustment dial.
- Position Helmet: Place the helmet on the child's head, ensuring it sits level and low on the forehead, about two finger-widths above the eyebrows.
- Tighten Rear Dial: Turn the rear adjustment dial until the helmet feels snug but comfortable.
- Fasten Chin Strap: Connect the chin strap and adjust it so that no more than one finger fits between the strap and the child's chin. The side straps should form a 'V' shape just below the earlobes.
Compatibility:
This helmet is designed for standard cycling use for children. It is compatible with most standard bicycles, tricycles, and scooters. It is not designed for extreme sports like downhill mountain biking or BMX racing, where specialized helmets are required.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the helmet clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the helmet's materials.
- Storage: Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid storing it where it might be crushed or damaged.
