Valerie Objects Set of 4 Trivets brighten up the kitchen with their playful yet minimalistic design. Available in plain black or a collection of vibrant colours, the set contains four different shapes that can be stored on the wall when not in use, doubling up as a piece of art. Their paired back appearance is characteristic of Muller Van Severen’s designs, taking objects right back to their function, whilst still holding aesthetic value. Created by design duo Muller Van Severen in collaboration with new label Valerie_objects, this set of four trivets exemplifies the designers' fascination with material, colour and functionality. Each of the geometrically shaped pieces is made from steel and lacquered in black. Simultaneously taut and playful, the trivets offer a sculptural quality as well as being wholly functional and effectively protecting worktops from hot dishes and pans.
