Like the original version, the Racer Blue Nike Air Tuned Max incorporates Nike’s Tuned Air technology, which is like a molded bubble with rubber parts in the midsole. It provides additional support and cushioning without weighing down the shoe. The sneaker also boasts a visible Nike Air unit that spans the length of the entire heel. The upper is made of breathable mesh with iridescent overlays. The slight shine of the white overlays contributes to the shoe’s retro aesthetic.
