Troubleshooting
Wicker becoming loose or damaged
Inspect for any snagged areas and gently tuck them back in. For minor damage, a small amount of clear adhesive can be used. Avoid pulling or snagging the wicker.
Cushions not drying completely after rain
Ensure cushions are placed in a well-ventilated area to dry. If possible, remove them from the seating to allow air circulation on all sides. Consider bringing cushions indoors during extended periods of heavy rainfall.
Coffee table glass is smudged
Use a dedicated glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth for a streak-free finish. Clean regularly to maintain clarity.
Frame showing signs of wear
Ensure the frame is cleaned regularly with mild soap and water to remove any debris that could cause abrasion. Check for any scratches and consider using a matching touch-up paint if available, though the aluminum frame is designed to be rustproof.
