The Clarks Pace Trainers are designed for comfort and support during daily activities and light exercise, not for high-impact, long-distance running like marathons. For such activities, specialized running shoes are recommended.

Gently wipe the woven fabric upper with a slightly damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution sparingly and rinse by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Always air dry naturally.

The approximate heel height for these trainers is 4.5 cm.

The GCR outsole provides good traction, but the woven upper is not waterproof. They are suitable for light rain, but prolonged exposure or heavy downpours may result in wet feet. Ensure they are properly dried afterwards.
