The Flex Task Operator Chair in Purple is designed for office professionals and home workers seeking an ergonomic seating solution that blends style with functional support. Its primary benefit is the innovative, pliable backrest that moves with the user to encourage healthy posture throughout the day. While it offers excellent adjustability and comfort features like the waterfall seat edge, users should note that the vibrant purple finish requires a specific aesthetic match for their workspace compared to more neutral black or white office furniture.

The backrest is pliable and flexible to mirror your spine, but it does not have a separate manual lumbar depth adjustment.
Yes, the armrests are typically removable during the assembly phase, though they are recommended for ergonomic support.
The upholstery is a durable office-grade fabric that responds well to gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Yes, the chair features a 360-degree swivel mechanism to allow for easy access to different parts of your workspace.
The nylon base is versatile, but we recommend using a chair mat if you are on delicate hardwood floors to avoid scuffing.
Check that the central gas lift is fully seated in the 5-star base and ensure all bolts connecting the seat to the mechanism are tight.
Locate the tension adjustment knob usually found under the seat and rotate it to decrease the resistance of the tilt.
Ensure the chair is being used within the recommended weight capacity; if it continues to sink, the gas cylinder may require replacement.
Assembly: The chair is delivered in parts and requires basic assembly of the base, gas lift, seat, and backrest. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during setup to prevent any wobbling.
Compatibility: The 5-star nylon base is standard, but if you intend to use the chair on hard flooring like hardwood or tile, consider adding soft-tread casters to prevent surface scratches.
