Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Air Force 1s maintain their appearance, keep them away from excessive moisture and harsh chemicals. Since the upper is made of smooth, light-colored leather, it is highly recommended to apply a water-repellent spray specifically designed for leather footwear before the first use.
For cleaning, wipe the leather surfaces regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild soap solution for stubborn scuffs, but avoid submerging the shoes in water or placing them in a washing machine, as this can damage the structural integrity and the finish of the gold metallic accents. Store your trainers in a cool, dry place and use shoe trees to help retain their shape when not being worn.
