The dimensions are 25 x 33 x 55 cm (W x D x H).

The dedicated sleeve is designed for up to a 16" MacBook. A 17-inch laptop may not fit comfortably or safely within the protective sleeve.

You can clean the pack using a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow it to air dry completely. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals.

The shoulder straps and hipbelt are designed to be stowed away neatly into dedicated compartments, not fully removed.

The SafeZone compartment is a rigid, protective section designed to safeguard fragile valuables like sunglasses, phone, or camera.

The CashStash compartment is concealed beneath the SafeZone and is secured by the main bag's zippers. It is intended for discreet storage of cash and passports.

The pack is made from durable Polyester.

The total volume of the Thule Landmark Travel Pack 40L is 40 liters.

Check for any fabric or thread caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to remove the obstruction. Apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil) or a specialized zipper lubricant to the teeth and try again.

Ensure the laptop or tablet is within the specified size limits (16" MacBook / 12.9" tablet). Forcing a larger device may damage it or the sleeve.

Ensure all straps (shoulder, sternum, hipbelt) are properly adjusted to distribute weight evenly. If not using the hipbelt, ensure shoulder straps are tightened appropriately.

Be mindful when placing the bag down or maneuvering through tight spaces. Consider using these points only for specific gear or ensuring items attached are secure and streamlined.
