The adidas Performance Tiro 26 Essentials Shorts are designed for active kids who need reliable, breathable apparel for sports practice or casual daily wear. By utilizing moisture-wicking polyester, these shorts effectively draw sweat away from the skin to keep young athletes dry during intense physical activity, though users should note that the fabric is optimized for performance rather than heavy-duty thermal insulation.

While made of quick-drying polyester, they are designed primarily for athletic training and do not feature a chlorine-resistant inner liner typically found in swimwear.
The Tiro 26 Essentials design prioritizes a lightweight, streamlined profile and does not include pockets.
Sizes are based on age groupings; check the specific product title for age references (e.g., 7-8, 10, 12) to match your child's typical apparel size.
The fabric is a performance polyester weave which offers a natural range of motion sufficient for most sports activities.
It is not recommended to iron directly over the logo, and if ironing is necessary for the fabric, use a very low heat setting with a pressing cloth.
Use a safety pin attached to one end of the drawstring to carefully guide it back through the waistband channel.
Turn the shorts inside out before washing and avoid high-heat tumble drying to protect the screen-printed graphics.
Wash inside a mesh laundry bag if the shorts are frequently exposed to rough surfaces or Velcro-equipped gear.
To ensure the longevity of these shorts, it is recommended to machine wash them in cold water with similar colors. Avoid the use of fabric softeners, as they can interfere with the moisture-wicking technology integrated into the polyester fibers. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang to air dry to preserve the shape and the logo print. Because these are a unisex fit, they are compatible with a wide range of athletic base layers if extra coverage is needed in cooler temperatures.
