Troubleshooting
Anchor spins in the hole during screw insertion.
Ensure the drill hole is the correct diameter (10mm). If the hole is too large, use a larger anchor or fill the hole with an appropriate filler before re-drilling and inserting the DuoPower.
The fixture feels loose after installation.
Check the screw length. It may be too short or too long. Adjust the screw length to ensure it properly engages with the DuoPower and secures the fixture.
Anchor won't go into the hole.
Make sure the hole is clean and free of debris. Use a hammer if necessary to gently tap the anchor into place, but be careful not to damage it. If the hole is too small, redrill with a 10mm drill bit.
