Kevin Bacon's popular hoof dressing is made from 100% natural ingredients and has been manufactured using traditional methods for over 25 years. It penetrates the horn of the hoof to nourish and protect, whilst improving the appearance. Regular use protects the hooves from wet conditions, activates horn growth and prevents the hoof from drying out. Suitable for use all year around, the product has a natural dye which has antiseptic properties and it comes in a 1L, 2.5L or 5L. Suggested uses: Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing is a 100% natural ointment made from animal fats and fresh bay leaves. It prevents the drying out of the wall, protects against humidity and activates the growth of the horn. It contains no solvents or petroleum products. Ideally suited to the varying British weather, Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing comprehensively protects hooves, preventing saturation from water infiltration in wet weather whilst also maintaining ideal moisture levels in dry weather. Maintaining optimum internal hoof conditions, hooves are kept supple, elastic and split/crack resilient. Kevin Bacon's Hoof Dressing is also designed to guard against bacteria, forming a physical barrier that encourages healthy horn growth. A tar based product, it is enriched with 10% added vegetable tar. Using the same, famous formula but in an easy to apply liquid form, Kevin Bacon's Liquid Hoof Dressing is sold with an applicator brush included.
