Troubleshooting

Blind does not hang evenly.

Check that the mounting brackets are level and securely fastened. Ensure the blind is correctly centered on the window.

Fabric is difficult to move up or down.

Verify that the cords are not tangled or obstructed. Ensure the clamping brackets or screw mounts are not too tight against the fabric.

Clamping brackets do not fit the window frame.

Confirm the window frame thickness is within the specified range of 0.5-2.3 cm. Adjust the bracket position if possible, or consider the screw-mount installation.

Fabric appears slightly wider or narrower than expected.

Remember that the fabric itself is narrower than the total blind width, which includes the top and bottom rails and mounting hardware. Measure according to the 'Good to know' section for accurate ordering.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Measuring Your Window:

Before purchasing, measure your window glass width. To ensure complete coverage, add approximately 0.6 cm to the window glass width to determine the required blind width.

Installation Options:

With Screws: Securely attach the blind to the wall or window frame using the provided screws for a permanent installation.
Without Drilling (Clamping Brackets): Use the included clamping brackets to attach the blind without making holes. This method is suitable for window frames with a thickness between 0.5 cm and 2.3 cm.

Compatibility:

This blind is designed for standard window frames. Ensure your window frame thickness falls within the 0.5-2.3 cm range if using the clamping brackets.

Care Instructions:

Dusting: Regularly dust the blind with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster.
Cleaning: For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as this may damage the fabric.

Child Safety:

WARNING: Keep pull cords out of the reach of young children. Cords can cause strangulation and entanglement. Always install and adjust safety devices as per the instructions. Move beds, cots, and furniture away from window covering cords.
