Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your UGG boots last, it is highly recommended to apply a suede-specific water and stain repellent spray before the first wear. Avoid direct exposure to moisture whenever possible. If the boots get wet, let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as excessive heat can damage the suede. To clean, use a soft-bristle brush designed for suede to gently remove surface dirt. Do not machine wash or submerge the boots in water. For storage, keep them in a cool, dry place and use a shoe tree or tissue paper to help maintain their shape.
