It is generally recommended to remove the Loop Link before placing your earplugs into their original carry case to ensure they fit properly.
No, the cord is attached to the exterior of the earplug stem and does not obstruct the acoustic filter or the ear tip.
The Loop Link is designed as a fixed-length accessory intended to rest comfortably around the neck.
The tug-resistant stem is designed to detach if it gets caught on an object, providing a safety release to protect the user.
The silicone construction is resistant to moisture and sweat, making it suitable for exercise.
Ensure the silicone ring is pushed firmly past the wider section of the earplug stem to create a snug fit.
Check the magnets for small metal shavings or debris and wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
To set up your Loop Link, identify the small silicone rings on the connector ends. Gently slide these rings over the stem of your Loop Quiet, Engage, or Experience earplugs until they sit securely above the ear tip.
Keep the silicone cord clean by wiping it down with a damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents that might degrade the silicone material over time. Ensure the magnets are kept free of debris to maintain a strong, reliable connection.
