The Moccamaster KBG Select is an ideal choice for coffee enthusiasts who prioritize precision, quality, and longevity in their daily brew. Designed to handle both full and half-pot batches with ease, this machine uses a specialized copper heating element to maintain optimal brewing temperatures, ensuring a balanced, non-bitter cup every time. While its high-quality construction and 5-year warranty make it a standout, users should be aware that this is a dedicated drip coffee machine, meaning it does not include a built-in grinder or advanced espresso capabilities.

The hotplate keeps the coffee warm for 40 minutes, after which it automatically turns off for safety.
The machine is designed to work best with 4 to 10 cups. For smaller individual servings, we recommend the Moccamaster Cup-one.
Yes, the machine is completely free of BPA, BPF, BPS, and phthalates.
The machine comes with a 5-year warranty, reflecting its durable, handmade construction.
Yes, the machine features an anti-drip function that stops the flow of coffee when the carafe is removed.
Ensure the machine is fully preheated and that you are brewing at least 4 cups. If the problem persists, check for mineral build-up and descale the unit.
Verify that the filter basket is inserted correctly and that the filter paper is not folded over. Check for clogs in the outlet tube.
Ensure the plug is firmly in the outlet and the illuminated switch is set to the ON position. Check if the auto-shutoff timer has already engaged.
Setting up your machine is straightforward: place it on a stable countertop using its non-slip feet and ensure you have a standard 220-240V power source. Before your first use, run a full cycle with plain water to rinse the internal components. To keep your machine in top shape, wash the glass carafe and filter basket with mild soap after each use. We recommend descaling your machine every few months—or more frequently in hard water areas—to keep the copper heating element free of mineral deposits. Avoid submerging the base unit in water; simply wipe it down with a damp cloth.
