This bra uses UK sizing. Please refer to a conversion chart to match your US size correctly.
No, this bra is hand-wash only to ensure the longevity of the powernet wings and stretch elastics.
The side support panel is designed to center the bust and prevent breast tissue from migrating toward the armpits.
No, the straps are fixed to the bra for increased support and stability, though they are fully adjustable.
It is constructed from 68% Nylon/Polyamide, 19% Elastane, and 13% Polyester.
The band should be snug but comfortable, sitting level around your torso. You should be able to fit two fingers underneath the band.
Adjust the strap sliders to distribute weight more evenly, or ensure the band is firm enough to carry the weight of the bust rather than the straps.
Verify your UK band size calculation; if the band measurement is tight but correct, consider using a bra extender for a more comfortable break-in period.
Ensure that the breast tissue is fully scooped into the cups and the side support panels are positioned correctly; if gaping persists, you may need a smaller cup size.
To ensure the best fit, it is important to understand that Freya utilizes UK sizing. Use a soft measuring tape to measure your band size around the torso underneath the bust, rounding up to the nearest even number if you get an odd result. Measure the fullest part of the bust for your cup size, and subtract the band measurement from the bust measurement to determine the correct cup. For maintenance, this garment must be hand-washed to protect the elastics and the delicate nylon/elastane blend. Always air dry flat away from direct heat sources to preserve the elasticity and shape of the cups.
