The Standard Composite Slatted Cladding in Grey is designed for homeowners and contractors looking for a durable, aesthetically pleasing exterior wall solution that requires minimal upkeep. It offers robust protection against environmental factors like UV radiation, moisture, and pests, making it a reliable choice for long-term facade enhancement. However, users should note that as a composite material, it requires specific installation techniques to account for thermal expansion and contraction across the 3.6-meter lengths.

No, the grey composite cladding is pre-finished and designed to retain its color without the need for painting, staining, or sealing.
Yes, its waterproof 360-degree protection makes it highly suitable for areas with high humidity or frequent rain.
Standard woodworking tools, such as a circular saw or miter saw, can be used to cut the composite boards safely.
Yes, the composite material is engineered to be resistant to termites and other wood-boring insects.
The standard board length is 3.6 meters.
Yes, it can be installed in either orientation depending on your design preference, provided the supporting sub-frame is configured correctly.
This is likely due to thermal contraction; ensure you are following the recommended installation gap spacing for your specific climate.
Gently clean the surface with a soft sponge, warm water, and a mild detergent; avoid abrasive scrubbers that may dull the finish.
Verify that the sub-frame is perfectly level and that you are using the correct PBSL Group proprietary corner trim accessories.
Installation should be carried out using a sub-frame system that allows for adequate ventilation behind the boards to prevent moisture buildup. Ensure you follow the manufacturer's guidelines regarding gap spacing between the board ends to allow for natural thermal expansion. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush and mild soap with water to remove accumulated dust or debris. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents or high-pressure power washers, which may damage the protective encapsulation layer.
