Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nara boots last for seasons to come, follow these care guidelines:
- Initial Protection: Treat the leather with a protective spray suitable for calf leather before the first wear to guard against water and dirt.
- Cleaning: Wipe away dust and debris with a soft, dry cloth after each use. For tougher marks, use a damp cloth followed by a gentle leather cleaner.
- Conditioning: Apply a high-quality leather cream every few months to keep the material supple and prevent creases from turning into cracks.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to avoid drying out the leather. Use shoe trees to help the boots maintain their shape when not in use.
- Compatibility: These boots are designed for a standard adult fit. If you find the fit slightly tight initially, allow the leather to naturally mold to your foot shape over several wears.
