Troubleshooting
Missing assembly parts
Carefully check all packaging materials. If parts are confirmed missing, contact customer support with your order details and a list of the missing components.
Bed frame feels unstable after assembly
Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely according to the instructions. Verify that the frame is on a level surface. Re-check the assembly steps to confirm correct part placement.
Boucle fabric appears creased or matted
Gently use a soft brush or the upholstery attachment on a vacuum cleaner to lift the fibers. For persistent creases, a steamer held at a distance (do not directly touch the fabric) may help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
This bed frame requires self-assembly. Easy-to-follow instructions are provided with the product to guide you through the assembly process. It is recommended to have two people for assembly to ensure ease and safety.
Compatibility:
The platform design is compatible with most standard mattress types (foam, spring, hybrid). No box spring is required, which can help save space and add to the minimalist aesthetic.
Care:
To maintain the pristine condition of the boucle upholstery, it is recommended to use a gentle cleaning method. A light vacuuming with an upholstery attachment can remove dust and debris. For minor spills or stains, use a clean, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. Due to the textured nature of boucle, occasional gentle brushing may help to maintain its appearance. Be mindful that the actual color may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
