Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Connecting the Aerial: Screw the coaxial cable from the DTA250 into the aerial port on your TV, set-top box, or USB TV tuner.
- Positioning: Place the aerial in a location with a clear view of the broadcast towers, such as near a window. The magnetic base can be used to attach the aerial to metal surfaces.
- Scanning for Channels: Use your TV or set-top box's menu to scan for available channels. Refer to your TV's manual for specific instructions.
Compatibility:
The August DTA250 is compatible with TVs, set-top boxes, and USB TV tuners that have a coaxial input and support DVB-T and DVB-T2 signals.
Care:
- Wipe the aerial with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep it clean.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not expose the aerial to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
