Product Information
Full details
The Sloomy Sofia Gold Naples Divan Set is designed for individuals seeking a medium-comfort mattress with balanced support and pressure relief, built on a stable platform-top base. Its key benefit is the combination of reliable UK-handcrafted durability and a modern aesthetic with a Chesterfield-style headboard. A potential caveat is that this mattress is single-sided and not turnable, making it best suited for spare rooms or occasional use rather than a primary, high-traffic sleeping area.

Troubleshooting
Divan set feels unstable
Ensure all chrome gliders are firmly attached and the divan is on a level surface. Check that the headboard is securely fastened to the base.
Mattress feels uneven
Rotate the mattress from head to foot. If the issue persists, ensure the divan base is not damaged and is providing even support.
Fabric appears dusty or soiled
Gently vacuum the upholstery with a suitable attachment. For spills, spot clean immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry completely.
Headboard is wobbly
Re-tighten the bolts or screws connecting the headboard to the divan base according to the assembly instructions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Assembly typically involves attaching the headboard to the divan base and ensuring the chrome gliders are securely fitted. Follow the included instructions carefully. Ensure the divan is placed on a level surface.
Compatibility: This divan set is designed to house the included Sofia Gold mattress. While compatible with standard small double bedding, ensure any toppers or additional padding do not compromise the mattress's intended feel or the base's stability. The divan base itself is a standard small double size.
Care: To maintain the divan set, vacuum the fabric upholstery regularly using an appropriate attachment to remove dust and debris. For the mattress, as it is single-sided, rotation (moving the head end to the foot end) is recommended periodically to ensure even wear, though flipping is not possible. Spot clean any spills on the mattress immediately with a clean, damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding excessive moisture. Protect the mattress with a mattress protector to guard against stains and extend its lifespan.
