Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This watch comes with the crown in the 'off' position. To set the time:
- Gently pull the crown outwards until you hear a click. For models with a date complication, there may be two positions; pull to the furthest position for time setting.
- Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time. If a date function is present, set the date first by pulling the crown to the middle position and rotating.
- Once the time is set, push the crown back in firmly to its original position. For safety, ensure the crown is fully pushed in, especially if the watch has water resistance.
Compatibility:
This is a standalone analog watch and does not require compatibility with other devices. The band is designed to fit most standard wrist sizes, with adjustable links for a custom fit.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch case and bracelet with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, soaps, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.
- Water Resistance: While the watch has 50-meter water resistance, avoid prolonged exposure to water. Do not wear it while swimming, showering, or engaging in water sports. Always ensure the crown is fully secured after setting.
- Storage: Store the watch in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches when not in use.
- Battery: The quartz movement is powered by a battery, which will eventually need replacement. This is typically done by a professional watch technician.
