Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup (Moulding Process):
- Boil Water: Bring a kettle of water to a boil and let it stand for 30 seconds.
- Prepare Mouthguard: Place the mouthguard in a bowl and pour the hot water over it for the recommended time (refer to packaging for exact duration, typically 30-60 seconds).
- Cool Slightly: Carefully remove the mouthguard from the water using a spoon and allow it to cool for a moment until it is comfortably warm, not hot.
- Position and Mould: Place the mouthguard into your mouth, ensuring it is positioned correctly. Bite down firmly onto the fins and use your fingers to mould the sides against your teeth and gums. Suck out any air or saliva.
- Chill: Once moulded, place the mouthguard in cold water for at least 1 minute to set the shape.
