The Nike Vomero 18 Trainers are designed for active kids who need a reliable, comfortable shoe for daily movement and running. These trainers deliver excellent impact protection through high-performance cushioning, though they are primarily optimized for pavement and track surfaces rather than technical trail running. Featuring a lightweight breathable upper and enhanced traction, they provide a balanced blend of support and speed for young athletes.

The Vomero 18 has a standard fit. While the mesh upper allows for some natural expansion, those with extra-wide feet may want to try them on with their typical sports socks.
It is not recommended. Machine washing can compromise the structural integrity of the cushioning and the upper mesh.
These trainers are best suited for paved roads, sidewalks, and indoor gym surfaces.
The reflective elements are designed to illuminate when a light source, such as car headlights, shines directly on them, significantly improving visibility.
There should be about a thumb's width of space between the end of the longest toe and the front of the shoe.
Adjust the lace tension and consider using a 'runner's loop' at the top eyelet to secure the heel.
Utilize the rear pull tab to expand the collar opening while inserting the foot, ensuring the tongue is pulled forward.
Use a stiff-bristled plastic brush to gently dislodge gravel or dirt from the rubber pods after use.
For the best fit, ensure the laces are adjusted to match the child's foot volume without overtightening, which can restrict blood flow. To maintain the life of your trainers, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean with a soft brush and mild soap. If the shoes become soaked, remove the insoles and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, as high temperatures can damage the foam midsole and adhesives. Always store them in a cool, dry place to prevent material degradation.
