Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longest lifespan for your trainers, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Wear them for short walks or light jogs before committing to long-distance runs to allow the foam and mesh to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush and mild soap to remove debris from the mesh upper. Avoid submerging the shoes or using a washing machine, which can damage the cushioning properties.
- Drying: Always air dry at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight, as excessive heat can deform the internal cage and weaken the adhesives.
- Insole Maintenance: Remove the insoles after particularly wet runs to allow both the shoe interior and the footbed to dry completely.
