Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your machine, place it on a level, dry, and heat-resistant surface. Before the first use, wash the bread pan, paddles, and measuring tools with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the main body of the bread maker in water.
For maintenance, use only soft sponges and non-abrasive cleaning agents to preserve the ceramic coating. If dough sticks to the paddles, soak them in warm water for a few minutes rather than scrubbing with metal utensils, which can scratch the coating. Always ensure the exterior vents are clear of dust to prevent overheating during long baking cycles.
