The Under Armour Charged Assert 10 in Black, size UK 9, is designed for adult male runners seeking a versatile, comfortable, and responsive shoe for everyday training. Its key benefit is the Charged Cushioning® midsole, which provides excellent shock absorption and durability, enabling you to run faster with confidence. A potential caveat is its neutral support, making it best suited for those with a neutral gait; individuals needing significant pronation control may require a different model.

Yes, due to its neutral design and standard lace-up closure, it can generally accommodate custom or standard orthotics, though fit may vary.
While the solid rubber outsole offers durability, it is primarily designed for road running. It may handle light, well-maintained trails but is not optimized for technical terrain.
Loosen the laces and re-tie them, ensuring a snug but not overly constricting fit. The mesh upper may offer some initial stretch.
The Charged Cushioning® is designed for durability. Ensure you are not exceeding the shoe's intended mileage. Consider cleaning the outsole for optimal ground feel.
Verify that the shoe's neutral support is appropriate for your gait. Ensure the EVA sockliner is seated correctly. Break-in periods can vary; consistent short-to-medium runs may help.
Setup: These shoes are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure the laces are tied to your preferred tightness for a secure fit.
Compatibility: Designed for neutral runners. Compatible with most standard running sock types. Not intended for specialized sports requiring lateral ankle support.
