FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for hard courts?
These shoes feature a clay-specific outsole. While they can be worn on other surfaces, they are optimized for clay and may show premature wear on abrasive hard courts.
Does the Game FF provide arch support?
Yes, the shoe includes integrated support structures that provide stability and moderate arch support for neutral foot types.
How do I determine my size for Asics trainers?
Asics generally follows standard UK sizing. If you have worn other Asics athletic shoes, the sizing should be consistent.
Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required for your specific foot needs.
What is the primary benefit of the SPEEDTRUSS technology?
SPEEDTRUSS helps control torsion or twisting of the midfoot, providing a balance between stability and the flexibility needed for fast tennis movements.
Troubleshooting
Feeling instability during lateral movements
Ensure the laces are tightened properly, particularly around the midfoot, to engage the SPEEDTRUSS system.
Accumulation of clay inside the shoe
Use a shoe cover or ensure your socks provide a tight seal around the ankle to prevent debris entry.
Material stiffness after purchase
Perform light movements such as jogging or static lunges for 30 minutes to facilitate the break-in process.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Asics Game FF shoes, follow these guidelines:
- Sizing: Ensure you have selected your correct UK size, as tennis shoes should have a snug fit to prevent internal movement.
- Break-in: Wear the shoes for short sessions before competitive matches to allow the materials to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: After playing on clay, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust and debris from the outsole and mesh uppers. Do not submerge in water or use harsh detergents.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the cushioning foam.
- Replacement: Check the tread pattern regularly; if the grooves on the clay-specific outsole have smoothed out, traction will decrease, signaling the need for a new pair.
