Troubleshooting
Missing hardware during assembly
Double-check all packaging materials. If parts are still missing, contact Sloomy customer support with your order details.
Bed frame squeaks or is unstable
Ensure all bolts and connectors are tightened securely. Check that the bed is on a level surface. Distribute weight evenly on the mattress.
Fabric appears creased or wrinkled upon arrival
Allow the fabric to relax for a few days. Gentle steaming (from a distance) may help remove stubborn creases, but test on an inconspicuous area first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
The Sofia Gold Bed Frame is designed for relatively easy assembly, typically involving connecting the base sections and attaching the headboard and footboard. We recommend two people for assembly. Please refer to the specific assembly manual included with your order for detailed, step-by-step instructions.
Compatibility:
This bed frame is designed to support standard mattress sizes. Ensure you select the correct frame size that matches your mattress dimensions (e.g., a 5FT King Size mattress requires a 5FT King Size frame). The frame is suitable for most mattress types, including memory foam, hybrid, and traditional spring mattresses. A slatted base provides optimal mattress support.
Care:
To maintain the appearance of your upholstered bed frame, regularly vacuum the fabric using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For minor spills or stains, spot clean immediately with a clean, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For deeper cleaning, professional upholstery cleaning is recommended. Protect the fabric from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
