Double-check the packaging. If parts are confirmed missing, contact Sloomy customer support with your order details.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure. For cleaning, use only recommended mild cleaning agents and test on an inconspicuous area first.
Loosely tighten all bolts initially, align all parts, and then progressively tighten all connections. Ensure the frame is on a level surface.
Setup: The Sofia Chrome bed frame is designed for straightforward assembly. It typically arrives in flatpack components. Follow the included instruction manual carefully, ensuring all parts are securely fastened. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially for larger sizes.
Compatibility: This bed frame is compatible with standard UK-sized mattresses. Ensure you select the correct mattress size corresponding to your bed frame (e.g., a Double mattress for a 4FT6 Double frame).
Care: To maintain the frame's appearance, regularly dust with a soft, dry cloth. For upholstered sections, spot clean any spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The metallic border can be wiped with a soft, dry cloth; avoid polishing compounds.
