Troubleshooting

Duvet cover buttons/fasteners not closing properly

Ensure no fabric is caught in the fasteners and try again. If persistent, contact customer support.

Pillowcase appears smaller than the pillow

Gently stretch the pillowcase while inserting the pillow. The microfiber fabric has some give.

Fitted sheet feels loose

Ensure the sheet is correctly positioned and all elasticated edges are tucked under the mattress. The 40cm depth is designed for a snug fit.

Color fading after washing

Double-check that you are using cold water and avoiding harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
