Zipper is difficult to open or close.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently pull the fabric away. If the zipper is stiff, a small amount of wax or graphite (from a pencil) rubbed along the teeth can help.
Straps are uncomfortable or slip.
Ensure the shoulder straps are adjusted correctly for your body. Tighten them for a snug fit. Make sure the backpack is not overstuffed, which can cause straps to shift.
Mesh pocket is stretched or torn.
Avoid overstuffing the mesh pockets, especially with sharp or heavy items. If minor stretching occurs, try to redistribute the contents. Significant tears may require repair or replacement.
