It features an integrated grinder for whole beans but is designed specifically for bean-to-cup usage.
You should wipe it with a damp cloth and purge it with a quick burst of steam after every single use.
The drip tray is adjustable, but tall travel mugs may not fit; it is recommended to use standard espresso cups or mugs.
No, it is recommended to hand wash the water tank with mild detergent and warm water.
The machine operates at a power output of 1600W.
Your grind setting is likely too fine. Adjust the grinder to a coarser setting.
Ensure the steam wand nozzle is clean and not clogged with dried milk. Use cold, fresh milk.
Check that the water tank is securely seated and filled to the minimum line.
To set up your machine, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface with at least 10cm of clearance on all sides for ventilation. Before the first use, flush the system by running a cycle with water only. To maintain the machine, empty the drip tray daily and rinse the steam wand nozzle immediately after frothing to prevent milk build-up. The removable water tank should be descaled periodically based on your local water hardness to maintain pressure efficiency and prevent mineral deposits.
