Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation typically involves setting fence posts at appropriate intervals (recommended every 2-3 meters) and stretching the chain link fence taut between them. Corner posts and end posts should be sturdier and securely anchored. Tensioning bars and tension bands are often used to attach the fence to posts and ensure it remains tight. Ensure posts are driven deep enough into the ground for stability.
Compatibility: This fence is compatible with standard fencing posts, wire tensioners, and tie wires. It can be cut to size using heavy-duty wire cutters or bolt cutters. It can also be used in conjunction with gates designed for chain link fences.
Care: To maintain its condition, periodically inspect the fence for any damage or loose connections. Clean the surface with a damp cloth if dirt accumulates; avoid abrasive cleaners. The PVC coating provides significant protection, but extreme physical damage should be addressed promptly to prevent rust.
