The Keter Stronghold shed comes with a 10-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

The Evotech material is designed to be durable and weather-resistant as is. Painting is not generally recommended as it may affect the material's properties and void the warranty. However, if desired, a high-quality exterior plastic paint can be used, but testing on an inconspicuous area first is advised.

Cleaning is simple: use a mild soap solution with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or power washers, which can damage the material.

While the shed provides a sealed environment, it is not specifically designed as rodent-proof. It is recommended to take general precautions to deter pests from the area.

The shed is not designed with electrical conduits. If you wish to install lighting or electricity, it is strongly recommended to consult with a qualified electrician to ensure safe installation and compliance with local regulations.

The shed is typically delivered flat-packed and requires assembly on-site by the customer.

Ensure all panels are oriented correctly according to the instruction manual. Check for any obstructions or damage to the connection points. Loosening screws slightly, aligning panels, and then re-tightening can help.

Verify that all panels are securely fastened and that seals are properly seated. Check the roof joints and door seals for any gaps. Ensure the shed is situated on a level surface to prevent water pooling.

Gently clear any debris (leaves, dust, cobwebs) from the exterior and interior of the ventilation grills. Use a soft brush or a damp cloth.

Check for any obstructions in the doorway. Ensure the shed is not settling unevenly, which could warp the frame. Clean and lubricate the hinges if necessary.
