The Continental Grand Prix 5000 clincher tyre is Continental's all-rounder, designed for sportive, road racing, and wet weather riding. It features Continental's Black Chilli technology for a balance of rolling resistance and grip. The tyre also incorporates Lazer Grip technology on the shoulder tread for improved grip and a 330tpi, 3-ply carcass construction for stiffness, stability, and reduced rolling resistance. It weighs 215g for a 25mm tyre and is 10g lighter than its predecessor. This tyre offers +12% better rolling resistance and +20% more puncture protection, with improved comfort. Active Comfort Technology absorbs vibrations for a smoother ride.
